Product use: It is a naturally occurring non-essential amino acid that is usually stored in muscles and released into the blood under stress. It is utilized by the immune system during physical trauma such as stress, burns, hunger, and even during long and strenuous exercises such as marathon training. When there is a lack of glutamine or the amount of glutamine decreases sharply, during increased stress, the body experiences a suppression of the immune system until glutamine levels are restored through diet or supplementation.
