美国企业对涉华可重复使用尿布提起337调查申请

2017年9月14日，美国Cotton Babies, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定可重复使用尿布 (Certain Reusable Diapers, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same)侵犯了其专利权，请求美国际贸易委员会发布普遍排除令、有限排除令及禁止令。中国Alvababy.com 、Shenzhen Adsel Trading Co., Ltd.(经营名称为Alva)和Huizhou Huapin Garment Co., Ltd涉案。
